The engagement is anticipated to have a duration of approximately three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year optional extension terms commencing by 07/01/2024 and ending by 06/30/2027. The engagement term may be subject to change at the City's sole and absolute discretion. Contractors must clearly identify in their proposals if the proposal will be valid for a term less than, or greater than, the Ninety (90) Day period. Submission of a Proposal constitutes acknowledgement that the Contractors have read and agree to be bound by the terms and specifications of this solicitation and any addenda subsequently issued by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any Proposal for any reason without cause. The City reserves the right to enter into relationships with more than one Contractor, may choose not to proceed with any Contractors, with respect to one or more categories of work, decline to enter into any potential engagement agreement or contract with any Contractor, negotiations with any Contractor, and may choose to suspend this solicitation, issue a new solicitation that would supersede and replace this solicitation, or to abandon the solicitation process in its entirety.
