Reference number : 1833941 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-30 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No ROAD REPAIR WORK IN THE VILLAGE CORE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAINT-ISIDORE (PHASE 2) The Project Owner is requesting tenders by invitation for road repair work in the village core of the municipality of Saint-Isidore. The scope of the work included in this contract is summarized as follows, without limitation: - 1 fire hydrant and 3 valves to replace; - 19,550 m2 of existing paving to be removed or leveled; - 680 tonnes of ESG-14 PG58S-28 bituminous mix; - 290 tonnes of EC-10 PG58S-28 bituminous mix; - 390 tonnes of ESG-10 PG58S-28 bituminous mix; - 1650m of trenches for electrical conduits for street lighting; - 40 street lamps; - related works. The Municipality of Saint-Isidore does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and incurs no obligation or cost to the bidder(s). The contract is awarded, in whole or in part, by decision of the municipal council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality of Saint-Isidore cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its municipal council. The Municipality of Saint-Isidore further reserves the right to reject all submissions received and make, if it deems appropriate, several other requests for submissions, all without the Municipality of Saint-Isidore being held responsible towards the bidders.
