Demolition, site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Varennes, Quebec. Working plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot, four-story above grade, 34-unit multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for the demolition of a multi-residential development.
Construction of a 34-unit affordable le social housing building. In addition to residential units the new structure will house a multipurpose room, administrative offices, a universal community washroom, an elevator and a concierge office. The scope of work also includes the demolition of the structure existing on the site. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in summer/early fall 2025.
