Project Description: Project consists of alterations within the main building and building B at the Ellicottville Campus of Cattaraugus Allegany BOCES. The alterations include classroom renovations, HVAC upgrades, Plumbing upgrades, and Electrical upgrades. Location 5536 County Route 48, Belmont NY 14813 Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: Plumbing Construction. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within thirty (30) days of receipt of bids and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit. All potential bidders must self perform a minimum of 20% of the work associated with the contract that they submit bids for. Proof of self performance requirements shall be provided following the bid as required in the instructions to Bidders.
