Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Lund, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The qathet Regional District (qRD) seeks to retain, through a qualitative Request for Proposals (RFP) process and evaluation, a Design-Builder consisting of design-build construction contractor, prime consultant (architect) and associated sub-consultants and subcontractors to design, construct, and deliver an extensive upgrade of the Northside Community Recreation Centre (the Project). The Design-Builder will be required to plan, design and implement the project by expanding the gathering space supporting community, culture and recreation for Northside residents and visitors, and in particular provide multipurpose space for the following: ½ court basketball gym; Hall for 200 people; Stage for theatrical/musical productions; Commercial-grade kitchen renovation; Wheelchair accessibility; New gender-neutral washrooms; Storage space related to expected usage; and A connecting welcoming foyer Question Deadline 05/06/2024 at 4:00 PM
