Engineering firms would be selected from the list of qualified firms as projects occur. No specific projects have been identified at this time. In particular, we are seeking qualification statements for the specific disciplines as listed below: o Surveying o Geotechnical Engineering o Materials Testing o Construction Inspection o Environmental Services o Roadway Design o Hydrologic & Hydraulic Analysis o Subsurface Utility Engineering o Master Planning o Program Management o Other Professional Engineering Services Sealed proposals are to be delivered to Rufus G. Crowder, CPPO CPPB, Galveston County Purchasing Agent at the Galveston County Courthouse, 722 Moody, (21 st Street), Floor 5, Purchasing, Galveston, Texas 77550, (409) 770-5372. The Galveston County Commissioners' Court reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid or bids which, in its opinion, is most advantageous to Galveston County with total respect the governing laws.
