Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Sainte-Julienne, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for the construction of a 60,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 23-room educational facility.
Construction of two elementary schools in Joliette and in Sainte-Julienne. The new buildings will house 23 classrooms, sports facilities, a library, multipurpose rooms, administrative staff rooms and service equipment rooms. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints and the need to make 200-million-dollar budget compression to the school funding system, the Quebec government has put this project on hold. Timelines for a tender and construction are not finalized. Further update in early 2026.
