Base Bid work to be a renovation of the existing office, toilet room, and vestibule space including the removal of existing masonry and plaster walls, casework, luxury vinyl tile flooring, wood doors, hollow metal doors, hollow metal frames, drop ceilings, floor drain, storefront glazing, and corresponding mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. New work to include the installation of metal stud framed gypsum board partitions, rubber cove base, ballistic fiberglass, ballistic glazing, hollow metal doors and frames, hollow metal framed window, hollow metal framed transaction window, act ceilings, metal stud framed gypsum soffits, plastic laminate cabinets, plastic laminate countertops, luxury vinyl tile, epoxy resinous flooring, and associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. Alternate Bid Number 1 and 2 work to include installation of additional plastic laminate casework in Office 102B and Superintendent 102C respectively. Alternate Bid Number 3 work to include the installation of a single bowl sink, and associated ADA compliant roll under casework.
