Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Daly City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work includes the design and furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the complete construction of the Magical Bridge Playground and Improvements Project at Hillside Park in Daly City. The work includes designing and building a universally accessible, inclusive destination playground based on Magical Bridges proprietary design concepts, additional parking, restroom ADA upgrades, and associated improvements. The design-build entity selected will be required to work with Magical Bridge to ensure that the project qualifies for Magical Bridges Final Design Certification, which will based on Magical Bridges design criteria documents and included with the RFP.
