The Contractor will determine placement, type, and installation of the well that will supply water to the controlled marsh areas with final approval from Polk County Conservation. Failure to execute a contract for the proposed work and file an acceptable Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a certificate of liability insurance within thirty days of the award of the contract will be just and sufficient cause for the rescinding of the award and the forfeiture of the bid security.
