Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Clawson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
All bids over $50,000 must include a Co-Obligee Payment and Performance Bond for this work. Include the cost of the bond in the bid. All questions are to be directed to the Construction Manager. No direct contact with the Owner or Architect is requested. All questions must be in writing and sent to the following email address: stacey.helm@christmanco.com (copy: Mitchel.delange@christmanco.com), no later than April 22, 2024, at 4:00pm. All bids over the State of Michigan Bid Threshold ($29,572) shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers' check, money order, or bid bond made payable to "Clawson Public Schools" in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid as a bid security. All proposals submitted shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid date. The Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager reserve the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal, which, in their opinion, will serve their best interest. Post bid interviews will be scheduled for the week of April 29, 2024. Bidders must have availability for an interview during that week.
