Remodeling of an educational facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 625-square-foot educational facility.

Scope of Work The project is located at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The scope of work includes approximately 625 square feet of interior remodeling in Building MC Level 1 Restrooms. Work on this project will consist of a single lump sum contract for all work. Bid Security is required. The accepted Bidder(s) will be required to provide a Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance listing NWTC NWTC reserves the right to reject any portion of a bid/proposal, or the complete bid/proposal, or all bids/proposals, and to waive any informality in bids/proposals received when such rejection or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the college. Demolition to begin on July 22, 2024, Substantial Completion by September 27, 2024, and Final Completion by October 4, 2024. The Contract Documents are identified as Project Number 7818 as prepared by the Architect, Somerville, Inc., located at 2100 Riverside Drive, Green Bay, WI 54301 and identified in the Project Manual. . The Owner desires that the Bids from the various Bidders be based on the same criteria without any Bidder taking advantage over another. Therefore, questions regarding conflicts, errors or ambiguities in the Contract Documents will be answered by the Architect and interpretations, corrections and changes of the Bidding Documents will be made by Addendum
