Roof Replacements 2024 Payne Recreation Center Gerhardt Civic Center Maintenance Shop Each proposal shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person or company interested in the same; shall be accompanied by a security bond by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, or by a certified check on some solvent bank in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the submitted proposal, the surety bond or certified check being payable to the City of Moraine, Ohio, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured by a satisfactory bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The proposal must be made on the forms provided in the Contract Documents, or a copy thereof, with a price quoted for the proposed maintenance services.
