The labour, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to: remove and replace 3000 square yards of broken asphalt at the Pelican East Public Water Access Parking Lot. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State. Responses that exceed $50,000 must be accompanied by a surety bond of a surety company duly authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota; in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the response, which is submitted as a solicitation security conditioned upon the Responder entering into a contract with the State of Minnesota in accordance with the terms of the solicitation. If the solicitation security is in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or money order made payable to the State of Minnesota it must be received by the Contracting Agency at the address identified within this Event in a clearly marked and sealed envelope no later than the due date and time indicated in the Event. Late submissions will result in rejection of your response. Facsimile or copies of a certified check, cashier's check, or money order will not be accepted.
