Renovation of a medical facility in Kimberley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The project will include Renovation of existing areas to develop and provide additional space for a Primary Care Network (PCN) hub within the Kimberley Health Centre. Primary care services will be delivered at the site in accordance with the Ministry of Health directives and as described in the Clinical Service Model. The provision of flexible clinical workstations and touchdown spaces for use by multiple practitioners to allow for efficient room utilization and treating practices is a key component of this project. The project scope includes creation of Clinical Workstations, Consult Rooms, Exam Rooms, Treatment Room and Soiled Lab and has an overall program area impact of approximately 170 nsm. The work will include but not limited to selective demolition, abatement, infection control, framing, mill-work, finishes, mechanical, electrical, IMIT upgrades.
