Renovation of a multi-residential development in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) is seeking contractors with required state and local licenses and certifications required to perform work of the type required by this contract in the City of New Orleans. The contractor shall comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the services contemplated herein. This solicitation is an invitation for bids to replace three (3) generators at Guste High Rise. The work will include selective demolition to remove the designated generators, installation of new generators, associated parts, and new fencing. HANO strongly encourages minority-owned and women-owned businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged businesses and small businesses to respond to this IFB, or to participate in subcontracting opportunities pursuant to this solicitation. All responses submitted are subject to the Instructions, Supplemental Instructions to Offerors, General and Supplemental Conditions, and all other requirements contained therein, all of which are made a part of the Invitation for Bids by reference. HANO reserves the right to reject any or all offers for just cause and waive any formalities in the submission process if it is in the best interest of the public to do so.
