The proposed scope of work is for this structure is as follows: Remove existing surface through surface milling and hydro demolition Perform full depth patching as required. Install an alternate bid 1 latex modified or silica fume modified rigid deck overlay Clean and paint steel beams and bearings. Extend deck drains to be below bottom beam flange. Replace expansion joints. Install scour countermeasures around piers as required from scour analysis. Replace deteriorated bearings at Pier #2 & #8 under toothed expansion joints. Patch any spalled areas on deck and substructure. Surface seal bridge rail and copings. Transition mill and overlay approach pavement to tie into 1 grade raise from rigid overlay. Replace approach guardrail as needed Maintenance of traffic will utilize a detour on CR 1050 W, 7 Hills Road/CR 750 N, and Lily Pad Road. A CE-1 is anticipated.
