Description

Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Weirton, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.

The following properties in the City of Weirton are up forbids: Demolitions Bids: 1. Map W38S, Parcel #176 (Two Story Family Structure) 230 Ave G. Asbestos and Demolition bids must be separate. The bid must be accompanied with copies of the following at the time of submission: City of Weirton Business License, West Virginia Contractors License, Workers Compensation, and General Liability Insurance. The Inspection Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which it deems most favorable. Please be advised the City of Weirton will be accepting proposals for asbestos abatement at 230 AVE G a 2-story duplex structure for the removal of 42' of 9" round duct work and 3 boots in side A and 17' of 9" round duct work and 2 boots in side B.
