Renovation of a multi-residential development in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Reference number : 1834418 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-25 Repair of the masonry, the replacement of doors, windows, balconies and exterior stairs and structural straightening, at Habitations Notre-Dame, 509, 513, 517, 521, 525 and 529 Aird Avenue, and at 526, 530 and 534 Sicard Street, in Montréal in the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough. The project consists of carrying out all the work in accordance with the contract documents. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, masonry repairs, replacement of loose lintels over openings, replacement of doors and windows, replacement of galvanized steel load-bearing elements, and replacement of balconies and exterior stairs and structural straightening. The work will be carried out in a complex of two (2) three (3) storey buildings with nine (9) housing units for families and individuals. During construction, the units in the building located on Aird Avenue will be occupied and those in the building located on Sicard Street will be vacant.
