Site work for a mixed-use development in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The University is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to remove several feet of sediment from the floor of the 10' x 10' x 60' underground concrete storm water sediment trap and then remove the three (3) major rebar reinforced concrete interior obstructions: the Weir Wall, Baffle Wall and Thrust Wall as per the Specifications and Drawings. Question Deadline 04/17/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Bidders shall direct all communications regarding this solicitation in writing (email preferred), to the Procurement Officer at SUProcurement@salisbury.edu Deadline for Questions Contract Term: The Notice to Proceed (NTP) will be issued ASAP after Bid Due Date, projected to be 05/01/2024. Contractor may begin on-site work on 05/27/2024 and is to reach Substantial Completion by 06/14/2024 with an additional 7 consecutive calendar days to reach Final Acceptance The University is committed to ensuring that persons with disabilities have equally effective opportunities to participate in and benefit from the University's programs and services.
