The work of labor for the Proposed Russellville Sewer System Improvements Project - Phase I - Contract 3 - Telemetry Upgrades Project The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond for one hundred (100%) of the bid amount and a Payment Bond for one hundred (100%) percent of the bid amount and must secure his bond from a bonding company's representative or agent in the State of Alabama. The Contractor is hereby advised that TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE on this project and that the contract time of 60 consecutive calendar days total and noted restrictions shall be strictly observed. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES WILL BE ASSESSED IF THE CONTRACT TIME IS EXCEEDED.
