Site work and paving for a civil project in Stratford, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of May 30, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work under this Contract generally consists of the reconstruction of Moderwell Street from St. Vincent Street South to Monteith Avenue. Work is to be completed during the adjacent school's (St. Joesph's) closure between July 2, 2024, and September 3, 2024. The Reconstruction activities primarily relate to the improving of roadway drainage and additional watermain installation. Improving intersection turning and pedestrian crossing at Monteith. New sidewalks and curb shall be installed where indicated on the plans. The Contractor will not be allowed to close any street without the express written consent of the City.
