Mark all emails with Solicitation No. 6973GH-24-R-00207 It is anticipated that a stand-alone contract with Firm Fixed-Price pricing arrangement will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 236220. The business size standard for this NAICS is $45M. The FAA Fayetteville, Arkansas Air Traffic Control Tower (FYV ATCT) has one driveway ingress/egress gate into the facility. The sliding gate requires replacement. In addition, all fencing around the entire property must be removed and replaced with a fence in compliance with existing security requirements. One pedestrian gate must be upgraded, and new perimeter controls must be installed. The contractor must furnish necessary equipment, materials, labor and supervision to perform the following work at the FYV ATCT, a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) navigational control facility located at 437 W Earnest Lancaster, Fayetteville, AR 72701. Work within this area may require escort, and must be coordinated with the FAA Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) in advance. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM,) www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers. Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), "if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror."
