Site work for a water / sewer project in Simi Valley, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project proposes to rehabilitate 12,900 feet of 8 to 10-inch primarily asbestos cement sewer pipes located in the western portion of the City around Sinaloa Rd and First Street. The primary rehabilitation mode will be a cured-in-place slip liner. Design is proposed to be completed in FY2026-27 and construction is proposed to be completed in FY2027-28. The project will be re-scoped as the video is reviewed from project pipe segments The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 15, 2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
