Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ballston Spa, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility; and laboratory facility.
A. The Subcontractor shall provide all material, services, labor, tools, and equipment, necessary to construct this project. The work generally consists of but is not limited to the following description. Refer to the Subcontract Drawings for detailed requirements. 1. This project will replace the motor in the Building 28 addition (annex), install Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), replace the motor drive system, and utilize the spare breaker in the 3M switchgear to provide a medium voltage feeder to project equipment. 2. Work in the Power Electronics Room will install GFE and power panels. 3. The project includes removal of the test stand and installation of the motor adjacent to the dynomometer. 4. The project includes multiple crane lifts and material handling evolutions. 5. The project includes replacement of the lighting in the inverter room and power electronics room. All questions subsequent to the conference and tour shall be submitted to the Contracts Professional in writing by March 27, 2024 COB to allow for response without delaying proposals Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 4-11-2024.
