Rocky Branch Road is a county road located north of Quintette Road on the west side of Escambia River. The north-south portion of the road is paved from the intersection with Quintette Road to the north end approximately 4250 LF north of Quintette Road. Rocky Branch Road is bordered on its west side by a parcel owned by the Escambia River Muzzleloaders. The parcel is used as a commercial gun range. Along the west side of the gun range there is a section of Rocky Branch Road that runs east-west and it is not paved. This section of Rocky Branch Road is accessed by an access easement across the gun range parcel. The project consists of the paving of approximately 4,966 LF of existing county-maintained dirt road and the construction of approximately 1650 LF of new county asphalt road.
