The Northside Recreation Area is approximately 36.4 acres located East of Denison High School. It includes five soccer fields, two softball fields, one baseball field, fringe areas, parking lots and banks. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance showing types and amount of insurance coverage currently in effect, including worker's compensation (if applicable), for Owner's review and approval. See attached insurance requirements. Contractor shall abide all federal, state, and local laws for all equipment used for the project. Contractor shall provide an itemized invoice (half) to the City of Denison and (half) to the Denison Community School District for goods and services for the prior month by the 1st of each month over the term of the contract with the total of all invoices not exceeding the bid price unless additional expenditures are expressly approved prior to work performance. The City of Denison and the Denison Community School will each pay one-half of the invoice after approval at their regularly scheduled business meeting. This agreement may be terminated at the election of the Northside Rec Board on (30) thirty days notice or unsatisfactory performance or insolvency of the Contractor. In submitting this bid it is understood that the Northside Recreation Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities. It is further understood by the bidder that he/she may not withdraw his/her bid within thirty days after the actual opening thereof.
