You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for backflow maintenance services being offered by the Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division (FMD). Please note that verbal information given will not be binding on the State unless such information is issued in writing as an official addendum to this IFB. Jennifer Elias, Acquisition Analyst Office of Business and Acquisition Services Contract Services Section 279-799-4032 Jennifer.Elias@dgs.ca.gov Backflow Maintenance services will be performed at the following locations: Fresno State Building (#701) 2550 Mariposa Street Fresno, CA 93721 Water Resources Building (#753) 3374 East Shields Avenue Fresno, CA 93722 The State anticipates a 36 month term for this agreement. Persons needing assistance due to a physical impairment will be given reasonable accommodation upon request for the non-mandatory walk-through. The Bidder must call Jennifer Elias at 279-799-4032 or email Jennifer.Elias@dgs.ca.gov no later than the fifth working day prior to the scheduled date and time of the non-mandatory Walk-Through to arrange for a reasonable accommodation.
