Shawsheen River Interceptor Rehabilitation Project. Estimated Cost $2,300,000.00 The sites for the installation of the Work of this project are located within an existing sewer easement between Foster's Island Nature Trail (west of Andover Recreation Park) and the intersection of Andover Street and Central Street in the Town of Andover, Massachusetts (all Base Bid). The project sites include access manholes located along the interceptor pipe to be rehabilitated, including several in the backyard of private residences along Abbot Bridge Drive, and a sewer siphon under the Shawsheen River on the south side of Central Street. The Work consists of the Work identified in the Contract Documents. The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, approvals, paperwork, calculations, submittals, and certificates necessary to develop, construct and complete the Work in accordance with all Laws, and all construction and other services required to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished by Contractor or that the Contract Documents require the Contractor to cause to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished. The Contractor shall provide and perform for the Contract Price all of the duties and obligations set forth in the Contract Documents.
