The purpose of this solicitation is intended to establish contractors for bleacher (indoor and outdoor) and basketball backstop repair services on an "as needed" basis. The contractor shall furnish, at their expense, all labor, transportation including mileage, fuel, vehicle charges to and from job site, technical expertise, supervision, parts, materials and equipment necessary for repair and/or troubleshooting. The cost of parts and materials shall be based on the Contractor's wholesale price from the supply house plus a percent mark-up. Inspections of indoor and outdoor bleachers will be completed by a 3rd party contractor. The District intends to award this solicitation to multiple suppliers, as best meets the needs of the District. It is anticipated that the bidder(s) who propose the best pricing may be utilized in a larger capacity, however the District may choose any awarded supplier to provide these services that best meets its needs. This may include but is not limited to pricing, scheduling, etc. Contract Value: No guarantee is given or implied as to the total dollar value of this bid.
