Site work for a water / sewer project in Jackson, Mississippi. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 3, 2024, bids received were rejected. Bids are to be stated for the construction of water distribution lines and all other related items of work required to complete the project as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The Total Contract Time will be 180 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $500 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Deadline for questions related to Project Plans and Contract Specifications is no later than August 7th, 2024 at 3:00 pm, and must be submitted to Jamie.mcinnis@waggonereng.com. A bid bond or a certified cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid price is required. The Harland Creek Water Association Board reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. The Harland Creek Water Association hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, religion or national origin in consideration for an award. The Harland Creek Water Association Board reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities.
