Renovation of a municipal facility in Prague, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This Roof is Currently Shown to Be 4-ply Built Up Roofing With Gravel Ballast and Fiberboard Insulation. Contractors Are Encouraged to Verify Construction, Layout, and Thickness. The Base Bid Should Be for Removal and Replacement With Like Materials. Alternate Bids Will Be Allowed, and Considered, for Removal of Old Roofing and Replacement Using a Different Type of Approved Roofing Material Such as Tpo. This is a Flat Roof With Different Levels So There Are Several Roof Top Drains to Detach and Reset, as Well as Moftop Hvac Units to Be Removed and Reset. The Contractor Will Be Responsible for All Materials and Labor, Cleaning Up and Hauling Off All Trash and Disposing of Old Roofing Materials.
