General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Onsite Maintenance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Warranty Information Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- A 100% (one hundred percent) Performance Bond and a 100% (one hundred percent) Payment Bond will be required as a condition for the award of contract. A Bid Bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the combined base bid amount is required with the Bid. *The Town Board of the Town of Stanford reserves the right to reject any or all bid(s) received.
