This also includes the upgrade of controls of existing VAV boxes and existing Fintube radiation. The upgrade of controls consists of converting from pneumatic to electronic for all the effected spaces. 2. Supreme Court, Concord: Remove the three existing transformers currently located inside the building and replace with new transformers outside the building. Wire to a future fire pump. 3. Sununu Youth Services, Manchester: Design/Build Hydrant and valve replacement for one hydrant and one valve combined, south end of Sununu Center. Reposition the existing valve sleeve for valve by hydrant, north end of Sununu Center. Replace hydrant by Spaulding building.
