Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a 4,905-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The work to be done consists generally of: Renovations to the existing 4,905 SF Pro Shop. These renovations include demolition and installation of a new main partition. Expansion of the Pro-Shop area. Energy upgrades to the facility by furring out the interior side of the exterior walls and installation of insulation in the new cavities. Exterior work around the Pro Shop to improve drainage. At the other portions of the facility, the ranges and the associated berms are to be modified and upgraded. Finally, a new outdoor pavilion will be constructed by the existing concessions building by the 100 yard rifle range. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities or other irregularities therein and all bidders must agree such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the Owner for any damage or claim brought by any bidder because of such rejections, nor shall the bidders seek any re-course of any kind against the Owner because of such rejections. The filing of a bid in response of this advertisement shall constitute an agreement of the Bidder to these conditions. Each Bidder shall be a licensed Contractor as required by the State of Tennessee. No Bidder may withdraw his bid without Owner's consent for a period of forty-five (45) days after date of bid submission. A five percent (5%) Bid Security is required.
