Without limiting the specifics of these requirements, the work generally consists of:1 Provide new inline exhaust fan in ceiling space of Chemical Storage Room A409, to be ducted from new exhaust grille in ceiling to rooftop gooseneck as per the attached mechanical drawings. 2 Provide new roof opening and curb at roof penetration for gooseneck. 3 Remove 4ӯ branch into Chemical Storage Room A409 ceiling space from the ducted exhaust system in Staff Offices A405 as per the attached mechanical drawings. Patch main duct and reinstate fire separation at wall. 4 Provide 120V feed to new exhaust fan as per the attached electrical drawings. Relocate existing light fixtures and reinstall to accommodate new fan and ducting. 2 The site for the work is located at 451 Theriault Boulevard, Timmins, Ontario P4N 8B2. 3 The Contract Time will be from July 2, 2024 and shall achieve Substantial Performance by August 23, 2024.
