Improvements to the City's drinking water system and includes the construction of a nitrate treatment system, new treatment building, piping and valving, pumps, electrical, controls, site improvements, approximately 4,100-feet of new 10-inch water main, and related improvements as specified in the plans and contract documents. Construction funding includes DEQ American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund (DWSRF) funds. Davis-Bacon Wages are required for this project. Contractor shall comply with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $2,561,000.
