Site work and new construction of a civil project in Grand View, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Improvements to the City's drinking water system and includes the construction of a nitrate treatment system, new treatment building, piping and valving, pumps, electrical, controls, site improvements, approximately 4,100-feet of new 10-inch water main, and related improvements as specified in the plans and contract documents. Construction funding includes DEQ American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund (DWSRF) funds. Davis-Bacon Wages are required for this project. Contractor shall comply with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $2,561,000. The Project has an expected duration of 365 days. ***Document Note: All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: HECO Engineers, 32 N Main Street, Payette, ID 83661 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $400.00 for each set; non-refundable; non-transferrable. Payable by cash or check only. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to HECO Engineers. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen.
