McKenzie Commercial Contractors, Inc., acting as Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Oakland School District, will receive subcontractor bids for the Lincoln Middle School Seismic Retrofit Phase 2 project, as follows: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Scope of this project consists of the seismic rehabilitation of Lincoln Middle School Annex classroom building. The rehabilitation will be accomplished by means of adding lateral force resisting elements where necessary, by ensuring a proper load path to the foundation element. In conjunction with the lateral system, the diaphragm will be strengthened and new vertical lateral force resisting elements will be constructed. McKenzie Commercial Contractors, Inc. intends to submit a bid on Bid Package 1.01 Miscellaneous Work.
