The scope of the project indudes the following components
1. Demo/remove/dispose of existing perimeter fencing, posts, etc. which equates to roughly 1,000 feet of fencing.
2. Install Six-Foot Tall Black Vinyl Coated Chain Link Fence Around West and North ends of the Property, and wrap around slightly to the East end.
a. Total perimeter fencing of approximately 1,705 feet.
b. Approximately 400 feet of that fencing on the west side would have reinforced pates needed to support wind screen or wind slats for that area,
c. Black Fabric for Wind Screen (ALTERNATE #1 )
d. Black Wind Slats for Wind Screen (ALTERNATE #2)
3. Install Six-Foot Tall Black Vinyl Coated Chain Link Fence for purpose of enclosing an irrigation system.
a. Enclosure fencing would be 20 feet on north and south sides of irrigation system and 12 feet on east and west sides
b. Enclosure fence would have one (1 ) 5 foot Walk Gate
4. Further Specifications for Project:
a, Chain link fence to be 6' high. Bottom of fabric to be no more than 2" above finished grade. Fabric to be Black Vinyl Coated 2B 8 gauge(9core)< 2" mesh, knuckle selvage on bottom and top,.
b. Posts are to be ASTM F1043 Group l-C stee! pipe, PVC Coated Black
c. Line posts 2 3/8" OD
d. Terminal posts 2 7/8" OD
e. Provide top rail (1.65" OD min.)
f. Gate posts 3 7/8" OD
g. (1 ) 3' wide man gale, (2) 5' wide man gates, (2) manual 26' Double Drive sliding gates (one of the 26' gates will go with an existing fence).
h 1 - 5' wide man gate irrigation system surround
i. Provide ail required tension wires, brace rails, truss rods, etc. for complete installation per industry standards. Provide braced panels at all gate locations, both sides of gates.,
j. Provide 12" diameter concrete pier at each corner, end, terminal, or gate post and 10" diameter concrete pier st each line post, all p-ers min-mum 38" deep.
The Project is for a Demo of Roughly 1,000 Feet of Current Fencing and Then Replacing With Roughly 1,800 Total Feet of 6-foot Black Vinyl Coated Chain Link Fencing. A Single Stipulated Sum Bid Will Be Received for All Work, Which Shall Include All Costs (Materials, Delivery, Labor, Etc.). There Are Two Small Alternate Bids as Well.
