Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: Project Name: 2024 Asphalt Enhancement Program The project includes: asphalt overlays, pulverized and cement stabilized subgrade, fog seals, asphalt base layers, base repairs, valley gutter replacement, curb and gutter replacement, driveway approach replacement, brick paving removal, drainage pipe replacement, and restriping for approximately 18 lane miles of roadways in the City of Tyler. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY. See Section 19, "Certificate of Interested Parties".
