Chip Seal Pavement Restoration - Darwin D. Martin State Historic Site. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a scanned Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: $6,378.75. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. Project Specific Liquidated Damages $1,000/ Day. The completion date for this project is 120 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Anticipated construction schedule is as follows: 1. Duration of construction allowance is 120 days from contract approval. The period of work shall consist of 21 days from start to substantial completion; a. March 15, 2025 - Anticipated Contract Approval, submittals phase to begin immediately. b. July 15, 2025 - Final Completion. All Requests For Information (RFIs) are due by: 01:00 PM on January 28, 2025. RFIs received by Director's Representative The Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and advertise for new bids, if in its opinion the best interest of the Office will hereby be promoted.
