Jackson Parish 2024 Road Program Contract I - Asphalt Project. Any non-bidder upon so returning such set within ten days of bid opening will be refunded $10.00 Each proposal is to be accompanied by a certified check payable to the JACKSON PARISH POLICE JURY or a bid bond, the amount of either of which shall be five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Bidders are advised that both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price, will be required. CONTRACT TIME: 70 Calendar Days LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $600.00 per Calendar Day No Bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Types of construction required for this project include in-place soil stabilization, asphaltic concrete, leveling, and patching. The JACKSON PARISH POLICE JURY reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause
