Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of May 24, 2024, received one bid only. No definite date for rebid. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to complete the construction of site clearing, grading, stormwater utilities, asphalt paving, line striping, site furnishings install safety surface and the installation of pre-purchased playground equipment. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received through online will be opened online at the Engineer's Office and referred to Trappe Sisca Playground Improvements for final award.
