Renovation of a detention facility in Quincy, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting bids from experienced and qualified contractors to provide a Fire Sprinkler 5-year service and replacement of necessary components for compliance. This is a turn-key project, and the contractor will provide all necessary provisions to complete the project, including cleanup, demo, and replacement of demo items. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Interested bidders may contact the Countys Procurement Office with questions about the bid by email at procurement@gadsdencountyfl.gov. The Procurement Office is located at 5-B E. Jefferson Street, Quincy, Florida 32351. All bidders are expected to carefully examine the bid documents. Any ambiguities or inconsistencies should be brought to the attention of Georgette Daniels through written communication. The Purchasing Director will receive written requests for clarification concerning the meaning or interpretations of this bid, until ten (10) days prior to the submittal date.
