Renovation of an educational facility in London, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Located in London ON, the scope of work at Tecumseh Public School entails the renovation of student washrooms within the school, minor enhancements to staff and (1) one kindergarten washroom and creation of a new Instructor/Teaching Storage Room to make the most of the space in room B02. The existing floors in each space vary in finish from ceramic tile, painted concrete, asbestos containing VCT and original terrazzo. Scope of work to replace, repair or refinish are identified in the drawings. Rooms are to receive a fresh coat of paint, and new acoustic tile ceilings as identified. Replace multi-stall partitions with new solid phenolic partitions, and provide new Bradley sinks within the student washrooms. Refer to drawings for further information and mechanical and electrical modifications to suit. Asbestos, Window & Door, Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors are prequalified as well.
