The City of Hillsboro, Oregon (the "City" or "Owner") is seeking qualified Construction Manager / General Contractor ("CM/GC") firms to partner on the construction of a new, state-of-the-art headquarters facility for the Hillsboro Police Department ("HPD") (the "Project"). This Project represents a top priority for the City due to two key factors: 1.Community Growth: The City of Hillsboro is experiencing significant growth, and the HPD requires a facility that can accommodate this expansion. 2.Improved Efficiency: Currently, the HPD operates out of three separate locations. This new headquarters will consolidate all departmental functions under one roof, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. The new facility will be more than just a consolidation point. It will be designed to be: 1.Innovative and Functional: The building will meet the latest seismic safety standards (Risk Category IV) and incorporate cutting-edge features like data analytics integration. 2.Secure and Efficient: Designed with public safety in mind, the building will prioritize security for both officers and the community while fostering efficient departmental operations. 3.
