The NAICS Code is 238220; the Small Business size standard is $19 million. The U.S. Department of Transportation, John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) has a property lease agreement of approximately 180 acres located at Joint Base Cape Cod (JBCC) in Sandwich, MA consisting of one building (Building #2410) and an aircraft runway that are used for demonstration & testing of backup Global Positioning System (GPS) capabilities and a complimentary Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) system. In support of the United States Air Force (USAF) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Volpe Center requires construction services to replace the inoperable rooftop heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) unit. This service entails executing construction renovation tasks as per drawings and specifications for Building #2410. Quotations shall include technical information and pricing in a written quotation in accordance with the instructions contained within the attachment "Solicitation 6913G624Q300024".
