This project consists of installation of a new HVAC heating hot water system and domestic water heating system to serve Racer Arena and Carr Hall, installation of a new generator provided by the owner, and associated electrical upgrades. Demolition work includes demolition of existing HVAC units, associated ductwork, steam piping, condensate piping, hydronic piping, controls, and associated electrical. New work consists of hydronic piping, domestic water heaters, heating hot water boilers, hydronic pumps, HVAC controls and electrical upgrades. Associated architectural work includes construction of a new mechanical room, patching and painting of existing walls and floors, and modifications to existing roof for new penetrations.
