No definite date for the rebid.** Construction Hangar Extension The hangar extension will be a pre-engineered metal building system (PEMB), approximately 49' x 79' with 65' wide electric bi-fold doors and concrete floors. The project will provide 15' wide ramps for a drive through box hangar and two walk doors with grounding unit to accommodate fire code. The building will include interior lighting, optional floor drain and grit separator, and optional propane heating. Provide Utility Services to the Building The proposed building will require new electrical services. Water service and a floor drain with oil and grit separator and holding tank are considered alternate amenities constructed with this hangar extension. Services will be connected to existing utilities located south of the existing hangar, but not tied into the existing hangar electrical service.
