FOR: Construct Parking at Wiggins Readiness Center, Wiggins, MS The Adjutant General reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities. Base Bid: Perform earthwork, grading, drainage, erosion control, stone surfacing, lighting, electrical systems, and other items as specified on the construction drawings and as specified in the construction specifications. 2.02 Unit Prices: Perform additional undercut and backfill, if deemed necessary by the Engineer, outside of the scope as described in the drawings. This price shall be based on in-place volume (final measure) and shall include both undercut and backfill of areas due to adverse soil conditions. The single unit price shall be for both undercut and backfill. Undercut soils shall be placed on site in the soil disposal area specified on the drawings. Backfill soils shall consist of acceptable earthen material removed from on-site excavations. 2.03 Additive Alternate No. 1: Perform all site demolition, soils removal, and erosion control associated with Parking Area 3 (Dwg. C2), construction of Parking Area 3 with stone parking, concrete drainage pavement adjacent to existing parking area, and drainage additions associated with Parking Area 3 (Dwg. C4 and referenced drawings), and lighting and electrical associated with Parking Area 3 2.04 Additive Alternate No. 2: Replace required stone surfacing on the two NON ORG Parking Areas (Parking Area 2 and Parking Area 3) as specified on Drawing C4 with concrete surface and associated earthwork, and base soil preparation.
